Uganda has scoped the best African exhibitor at the tourism fair, Indaba 2015 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
Indaba is one of the leading tourism marketing events in Africa and one of the top three ‘must visit’ events of its kind on the global tourism calendar.
The announcement was made at the closure of the expo that kicked off on May 9. Uganda Tourism Board boss, Stephen Asiimwe received the certificate. Others present for the expo were representatives from Uganda Wildlife Authority, Association of Tour Operators and the private sector.
