This trip will expose you to the best of Kenyan Safari destinations and an experience of several tourist activities. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and pick up from airport

Upon your arrival, our guide will be waiting for at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, he will brief you about your trip, places you are to visit and what awaits you. He will also give you more details about some of the features you will find, he will also answer your questions. He will then transfer you to your place of accommodation.

Accommodation will be at Nairobi Serena Hotel for Luxury or Hotel Emerald for midrange.

Day 2: Tour in Nairobi City

After breakfast, you will embark on a tour in Nairobi city. You will visit the Nairobi National Park, National Museum and find out more about Kenya’s historical backgrounds, tribes, among others. Lunch will be in one of the best restaurants, and then continue your tour in the afternoon.

Accommodation will be at Nairobi Serena Hotel for luxury.

Day 3: Transfer to Tsavo West and Tsavo East

Tsavo National Park in Kenya used to be one park but later was separated by the Mombasa or Nairobi road from Tsavo East, Tsavo West that makes up the great Tsavo eco-system. The park drives its name from Tsavo River that over flows from West to East in the park, and is the only protected area in Kenya that allows night game drives. The park was established to protect wildlife, birds and physical features in the surrounding areas. Apart from wildlife, the park has a lot of beautiful features you will need to see.

You will enjoy game drives in both parks. In the morning you can visit East and West in the afternoon. Look out for birds in the area and other features.

Day 4: Visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. It’s found in the Northern part of Nairobi, near Mount Kenya National Park. It harbors wildlife and birds. It covers 90,000arces and accommodates lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, among others. It’s known for its southern and northern white rhinos that can even be fed by the visitors. You will be able to view wildlife at a closer range, and also clear views of Mountain Kenya. You can even participate in feeding them.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After your breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will head to Lake Nakuru National Park. It lies close to Nakuru town, Northwest of Nairobi city, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 1t started small, reserving Lake Nakuru and close mountainous parts, but later expanded to greater savannahs. The park lies along the rift valley Nakuru County. It covers over 188sqkm, and was designated a Rhino Sanctuary in 1993. It’s famous for over 45 black rhinos and 31 white rhinos and over 1.5million flamingos. The park many species of mammals and birds that have attracted people for a long time.

On your way to the park you will visit Thomson Falls, and the rift valley point for the best views in the area. You will then have a guided nature walk and the park.

Day 6: Full day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park

Following your breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will head on for a morning game drive in the park where you will view black and white rhinos, buffalos, lions, baboons, warthogs, among others. Lunch will be nice on a picnic. In the afternoon you will head on for a game drive and then return to your lodge for rest and dinner.

Day 7: Full day at Lake Naivasha

After your breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will head on for a game drive in the rift valley, specifically at Lake Naivasha. It lies at the greatest point of the Great Rift Valley and during drought it shrinks. The ideal way to enjoy the view is by boat. Over 400speceies of birds have been in sight of tourists. Giraffes, buffalos, zebras, can be seen on the shores of the lake. Colobus monkeys also check out the river.

You will have lunch at the shores of the lake or on the boat. You will views all mentioned birds and wildlife. You will also enjoy a guided nature walk at Crescent Island.

Accommodation will be at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Following your breakfast, you will head on to Amboseli National Park. It’s located in Kajiado County, in Kenya, lies closest to Nairobi City. The park was formerly called Masai Amboseli National Park. It was established as a national in 1914 and covers over 392sqkm. It rests in the Southern Part of Kenya along the border with Tanzania. The Masai people are the closest ethnic group to the park. The park has swamps, wildlife, birds, among others. The park is famous for large herd’s views of free range elephants and also Mountain Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. The park has water holes that pore in the swamps, and have continuously supplied wildlife and birds with water.

When you reach the park, concentrate on having clear views of Kilimanjaro National Park, you will have a game drive in search for wildlife in the park. On your way you will have clear views of birds too. Enjoy the cool and wilderness environment in the park.

Accommodation will be at Amboseli Ol Tukai Lodge, which is within the park.

Day 9: Game drive at Amboseli

After your breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive, find predators before they catch their prey, and also see more birds and the vegetation in the park. You will go back to your accommodation for lunch.

After lunch and rest, you will visit Masai Communities, see their way of life, interact with them, and enjoy entertainment from their dance groups.

Day 10: Transfer to Masai Mara

After your breakfast, you will then be transferred to Masai Mara national Park. The park is located in Kenya’s Rift Valley Province in Narok Sub County. It’s commonly known as Mara by the indigenous Masai People. It is one of the biggest parks in the country established in 1961 covering over 1510sqkm. The park is famous for the large numbers of wildlife species and birds, great savannah, rivers, valleys and unique tree species. Masai Mara is part of the Great Mara Ecosystem.
Masai Mara Park and Serengeti National park of Kenya have a lot in common. A major one being the great migration that attracts a lot of people in the park to view these amazing animals.

When you reach the park, you will embark on a game drive in search for cheetahs, zebras, leopards, lions, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos, elephants, among others. In the afternoon, if it’s the time for the great migration, you will be amazed of how much wildlife you will see.
Accommodation will be at Mara Leisure Camp.

Day 11: Full day game drive

After your breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will head onto the morning game drive, where you will be able to see wildlife and birds, as you roam the par. The guide will be giving you detailed of these animals and birds. At lunch, he will find a picnic spot where you will enjoy your lunch as you view wildlife.

After some rest, you will head on for an evening game drive, taking a different route this time. More wildlife and birds will be in front of you. You will then return to your accommodation for rest and dinner.

Day 12: Game drive and return to Nairobi

After your breakfast on your last day, your will join the last game drive and view wildlife in the park for the last time. A real wilderness experience in the park will be so regarding. After the gam drive, you will depart to Nairobi where you will have lunch then connect to the airport for your flight.
